Instructions
  1. Ingredients:

    FOR BOILING PASTA:
    Water - 6 cup
    Salt -1/2 tbsp salt
    Oil -1 tsp oil
    Penne Pasta - 2 cup

    FOR VEGETABLES SAUTEEING :
    Oil - 1 tbsp oil
    Garlic -1 to 2 tbsp finely chopped
    Onion - 1 roughly chopped
    Salt - 1 tsp salt
    Beans - 1 small cup
    Corn - 1 small cup
    Green capsicum - 2 tbsp
    Yellow capsicum - 2 tbsp
    Red capsicum - 2 tbsp
    Peas - 1 small cup
    Orange capsicum - 2 tbsp
    Carrot - 1 small cup
    Pepper - ½ tsp freshly grounded

    FOR WHITE PASTA SAUCE:
    Butter -2 tbsp
    Maida -2 tbsp
    Milk -2 1/2 cup
    Italian seasoning - ½ tsp
    Chilli flakes - ½ tsp
    Pepper - ½ tsp freshly grounded
    Salt - as required
    Italian style shredded cheese - 1 cup

  2. Method of cooking:

    BOILING PASTA:
    Boil 5-6 cup of water in a large pot
    Now add 1/2 tbsp of salt.
    Add 1/2 tsp of oil.
    (don't add too much oil, then pasta won't coat sauce properly)
    Once the water comes to a boil, add 2 cup pasta.
    Boil for 8-10 minutes, or as per instruction in cover.
    (al dente)
    Drain off the pasta
    Add 1/2 tsp of oil to maintain moisture and to avoid sticking.
    keep aside.

    VEGETABLES SAUTEEING :
    Heat a pan, add 1 tbsp oil
    Now add 1-2 tbsp of chopped garlic saute 1-2 minutes.
    (Make sure everything should be done in a medium flame)
    Now add 1 roughly chopped onion and 1tsp salt.
    Saute until onion becomes translucent
    Now add our colourful veggies
    (1 small cup beans,1 small cup corn, 2 tbsp green capsicum, 2 tbsp yellow capsicum, 2 tbsp red capsicum,1 small cup peas, 2 tbsp orange capsicum, 1 small cup carrot, Saute well.
    Cook the vegetables to 80 % to retain crunchiness.
    Now add ½ tsp freshly grounded pepper.
    Saute well and keep aside.
    (Adding colorful veggies in ur food maintain the proper balance of the vitamins and minerals in our body )
    Boil 2 1/2 cup of milk around 600 ml .

    Now let's prepare our Creamy and Cheesy white sauce pasta

    Heat a pot add 2 tbsp butter.
    Now add 2 tbsp maida and saute on low flame to avoid color change.
    Saute until the maida turns aromatic.
    (Make sure remaining process should be done in low flame)
    Now add boiled milk in 2-3 batches (to avoid forming lumps) and mix well.
    Stir continuously until the sauce thickens.
    (Make sure no lumps)
    Cook until the sauce turns smooth and creamy texture.
    Now add ½ tsp Italian seasoning, ½ tsp chilli flakes, ½ tsp freshly grounded pepper, and salt as required.
    Mix well .
    Now add boiled pasta and sauted vegetables mix gently.
    At this stage add 3-4 tbsp of boiled milk if the sauce thickens.
    Mix gently make sure everything is combined well and sauce is coated completely.
    Cook for about 2-3 minutes in sauce.
    Now add 1 cup of Italian style shredded cheese mix gently for about 1 minute.
    Our yum yum Cheesy and Creamy White sauce pasta is ready to serve!!!!!
