Instructions
  1. Ingredients

    Soaked Sabja seeds - 6tbsp
    Rose milk - 2 cup
    Brown Rice Sev - 1cup
    Brown sugar - 1tbsp
    Rose syrup - 6tbsp
    Vanilla ice cream - 4 scoop
    Strawberry jelly - 6
    Pistachio - For Garnishing

  2. Procedure:

    Take 1 tbsp of sabja seeds add half cup of water (around 120 ml)
    Stir it once.
    Soak for 30 minutes.
    Sabja seed (basil seeds) acts as a stomach cleanser.
    Now sabja seeds become fluffy.
    Take 2 cup of boiled milk (around 480 ml) in a bowl.
    Now add 4 - 5 tbsp of condensed milk.
    (Make sure milk should be warm so that condensed milk ll melt easily)
    Mix well.
    Add 12 - 13 drops of rose milk essence and mix well.
    Refrigerate Rose milk.
    (I used skimmed milk U can also use whole milk)
    Boil 2 cup of water.
    I am adding 1 cup of Brown rice Sev
    (you can also use Falooda sev)
    Add 1 tbsp of Brown sugar or (white sugar)
    Cook for about 3 minutes
    (don't overcook Sev become soggy)
    Drain off the water, keep aside.

    Let's prepae our Mouthwatering Falooda

    Take a tall glass add 1-2 tbsp of soaked sabja seeds
    Now add 2 tbsp cooked Sev.
    Add 2 tbsp of Rose syrup
    Now add our yummy chilled Rose milk to the glass.
    Again add 1-2 tbsp of soaked sabja seeds
    Add 2 scoop of vanilla ice cream.
    Home made strawberry jelly.
    Now add 2 - 3 strawberry jelly slowly.
    Further top with Pistachio to make it more delicious.
    (If you need add 1 tbsp of rose syrup on top)
    Give a gentle mix
    Our yum yum Summer dessert is ready to serve!!!
