Sabja seeds -1tbsp
Water - 120ml or as required
Boiled milk - 2 cup(around 480ml)
Condensed milk - 4 to 5tbsp
Rose milk essence - 12 to 13 drops
Take 1 tbsp of sabja seeds add half cup of water (around 120 ml)
Stir it once.
Soak for 30 minutes.
Now sabja seeds become fluffy.
Take 2 cup of boiled milk (around 480 ml) in a bowl.
(Make sure milk should be warm, I used skimmed milk U can also use whole milk.)
Now add 4 - 5 tbsp of condensed milk.
Mix well.
Add 12 - 13 drops of rose milk essence and mix it.
Take a tall glass add 1-2 tbsp of soaked sabja seeds
Now add chilled Rose milk to it.
