Water - 3-4 cups
Salt - 3/4tsp (or as required)
Butter - 3.5 tbsp
Spaghetti - 150gm (or 1/3 lb)
Garlic - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Heavy Whipping cream( 35%) - 2 cups(480 ml)
Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cups (grated)
Chilli flakes - 1/4 tsp
Dried Basil Leaves - 1/4 tsp (or Italian seasoning)
Pepper - 1/4 tsp
Boil 3-4 cup of water in a large pot
Add Salt - 1/2 tsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
(don't add too much butter, then pasta won't coat sauce properly)
Once the water comes to a boil
Add Spaghetti - 150gm (or 1/3 lb)
(Broke into 2 piece to cook evenly)
Boil for 8-10 minutes, or as per instruction in cover.
(al dente)
Perfectly cooked.
(Don't overcook)
Drain off the Spaghetti
keep aside.
Now let's prepare Restaurant Style Creamy Alfredo Spaghetti
Heat a pan in medium flame
Add Butter - 3 tbsp
Garlic - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Saute 1 minute (or until raw flavor leaves)
Turns aromatic.
(Don't burn)
Add Heavy Whipping cream( 35%) - 2 cups(480 ml)
Stir continuously in medium flame
Once it comes to a boil
Add Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cups (grated)
Stir continuously
(Make sure everything should be done in a medium flame)
Once the cheese melts completely
Add Chilli flakes - 1/4 tsp
Dried Basil Leaves - 1/4 tsp (or Italian seasoning)
Pepper - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp (or as required)
Give a stir
Traditional Alfredo Sauce Spaghetti is ready!!!
Add cooked Spaghetti
Mix gently, Cook for about 2-3 minutes in Alfredo sauce.
Make sure everything is combined well and sauce is coated completely.
