Onion - 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Carrot - 1/2 cup (shredded)
Cabbage - 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Sweet corn - 1/4 cup
Roasted unsalted Pistachio - 2-3 tbsp (optional)
Coriander - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Heavy Whipping cream - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
Italian seasoning - 1/2 tsp
Pepper - 1/2 tsp(Freshly grounded)
Butter - 2 tbsp
Whole wheat Burger bun (Maida) - 3
Mozzarella Cheese - 2tbsp (or as required)
In a Bowl
Add Onion - 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Carrot - 1/2 cup (shredded)
Cabbage - 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Sweet corn - 1/4 cup
Roasted unsalted Pistachio - 2-3 tbsp (optional)
Coriander - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Heavy Whipping cream - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
Italian seasoning - 1/2 tsp
Pepper - 1/2 tsp(Freshly grounded)
Mix well until all ingredients are combined well.
Heat a tawa in medium flame grease with butter.
Toast a Whole wheat Burger bun (Maida) on both sides
Take a bun spread 2 tbsp of prepared vegetable mixture.
Layer with Mozzarella Cheese - 2tbsp (or as required).
(or cheese of your choice)
Grill the bun in toaster
(or toast on tawa by spreading butter)
