Servings: 1 bottle (150g)

  1. Ingredients:

    Garlic - 6 cloves (roughly chopped)
    Sambar Powder - 1 cup(100gms)(roughly packed)
    Salt - 2tsp (or as required)

    For Tempering :

    Gingelly Oil - 2 tbsp

  2. Method of Cooking:

    In a Mixie-jar
    Add Garlic - 6 cloves (roughly chopped)
    Pulse 3-4 times
    Add Sambar Powder - 1 cup(100gms)(roughly packed)
    Salt - 2tsp (or as required)
    Pulse 3 times
    Give a nice mix
    Again Pulse 3 times
    Our Yummy & Spicy 1 Minute Garlic Idli Podi is ready!!!
    Transfer the Poondu Podi into an airtight container
    Take Garlic Idli podi - 2 tbsp
    Add Gingelly Oil - 2 tbsp
    Give a nice mix
