  1. Ingredients:

    Cardamom (ஏலக்காய்) - 1 tbsp
    Cumin seeds (Jeera) - 2 tbsp
    Coriander seeds (Dhaniya) - 2 tbsp
    Pepper (மிளகு) - 2 tbsp
    Cloves (கிராம்பு/Lavang) - 2 tbsp
    Poppy seeds (khus khus) - 2 tbsp
    Fennel Seeds (சோம்பு) - 4 tbsp
    Mace (Javitri) - 4
    Star anise (அன்னாசி பூ) - 8
    Bay leaves (பிரியாணி இலை) - small 8 (Large 4)
    Cinnamon stick (பட்டை) - 8 inch

  2. Method of Cooking:

    Heat a Heavy bottomed pan in low flame
    Dry Roast all the spices on low flame
    Add Cardamom (ஏலக்காய்) - 1 tbsp
    Cumin seeds (Jeera) - 2 tbsp
    Coriander seeds (Dhaniya) - 2 tbsp
    Pepper (மிளகு) - 2 tbsp
    Cloves (கிராம்பு/Lavang) - 2 tbsp
    Poppy seeds (khus khus) - 2 tbsp
    Fennel Seeds (சோம்பு) - 4 tbsp
    Mace (Javitri) - 4
    Star anise (அன்னாசி பூ) - 8
    Bay leaves (பிரியாணி இலை) - small 8 (Large 4)
    Cinnamon stick (பட்டை) - 8 inch
    Dry Roast all the spices on low flame
    Turns Aromatic.
    Don't burn
    Allow to cool completely.
    Transfer to the blender.
    Grind it to a Fine Powder.
