Ingredients:
Fresh coconut - 1/2 cup
Cashew - 1/4 cup
Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic - 1 clove
Salt - 1/4 tsp (or as required)
Hing - 1/8 tsp
Green chilli - 2
Water - 1/2 cup (or as required)For Tempering
Oil - 2tsp
Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Dried red chilli - 1 broken -
Method of Cooking:
In a Blender
Add 1/2 cup of Fresh coconut
Cashew - 1/4 cup
Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic - 1 clove
Salt - 1/4 tsp (or as required)
Hing - 1/8 tsp
Green chilli - 2
Grind without adding water
Add Water - 1/2 cup (or as required)
(If you want thick consistency add less water)
Grind coarsely
Our Yummy and Healthy Cashew Chutney is ready!!!For Tempering
Heat Oil - 2tsp
Add Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Dried red chilli - 1 broken
Saute well
Splutter Tempering
Pour tempering over chutney.
Best Combo with South Indian Breakfast!!!
