  1. Ingredients:

    Fresh coconut - 1/2 cup
    Roasted Peanut (Groundnut) - 1/4 cup
    Coriander - few
    Garlic - 2 clove (roughly chopped)
    Ginger - 1 inch (roughly chopped)
    Green chilli - 2
    Salt - 1/4 tsp (or as required)
    Hing - 1/8 tsp
    Water - 1/2 cup (or as required)

    For Tempering

    Oil - 2tsp
    Mustard - 1/2 tsp
    Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
    Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
    Dried red chilli - 1 broken
    Curry leaves - 1 strand

  2. Method of Cooking:

    In a Mixer jar, add 1/2 cup of Fresh coconut
    Roasted Peanut (Groundnut) - 1/4 cup
    Coriander - few
    Garlic - 2 clove (roughly chopped)
    Ginger - 1 inch (roughly chopped)
    Green chilli - 2
    Salt - 1/4 tsp (or as required)
    Hing - 1/8 tsp
    Grind without adding water
    Add Water - 1/2 cup (or as required)
    Grind coarsely
    Our Yummy and Healthy Peanut Chutney is ready!!!

    Now Let's give Tempering

    Heat Oil - 2tsp
    Add Mustard - 1/2 tsp
    Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
    Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
    Dried red chilli - 1 broken
    Curry leaves - 1 strand
    Splutter Tempering
    Pour tempering over chutney.
    Yummy Peanut Coriander Chutney is ready!!!
    Serve with hot Idli, Dosa or Idiyappam !!!
