    Ingredients:
  1. French Beans Curry Recipe:

    Oil - 2 tbsp
    Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
    GingerGarlic(finely chopped) - 1 tbsp
    (or Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp)
    Onion - 1 (roughly chopped)
    Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
    Salt - 1/4 tsp
    Curry leaves - 1 strand
    Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp (or 2 tsp for more spicy)
    Coriander powder - 1 tsp
    Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tsp
    Beans - 350 gms
    Salt - 1/2 tsp (or as required)
    Tomato - 1 (roughly chopped)
    kasuri methi - 1 tsp

    Heat a large kadai on medium flame.
    Add oil - 2 tbsp
    Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
    Turns aromatic
    Add GingerGarlic(finely chopped) - 1 tbsp
    (or Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp)
    Saute 30 seconds
    (Don't burn)
    Add Onion - 1 (roughly chopped)
    Give a stir
    Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
    Salt - 1/4 tsp
    Curry leaves - 1 strand
    Saute, until onions become translucent on medium flame.
    Don't burn
    Add Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp (or 2 tsp for more spicy)
    Coriander powder - 1 tsp
    Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tsp
    Give a nice mix for a minute
    Turns aromatic
    Add Beans - 350 gms
    Salt - 1/2 tsp (or as required)
    Mix well
    Cover and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame (or until beans are 50% cooked)
    (If need stir once inbetween to avoid burning)
    Give a mix
    Add Tomato - 1 (roughly chopped)
    Stir well, again cover and cook for 5 minutes on low to medium flame
    Give a nice mix, once tomatoes are nice and soft
    Crush and add kasuri methi - 1 tsp
    Give a nice mix
    French Beans Curry is ready to serve!!!
