    Milk(chilled) - 1 cup(240ml)

    In a Mixer jar
    Add Banana - 1 (sliced)

    Honey - 2-3 tbsp

    (If u want liquid consistency add 1.5 - 2 cup milk)
    Blend until it turns smooth and creamy.
