Ingredients:
Lemon juice - 1.5 tsp
Water - 3tbsp or as required
Salt - 1/4 tsp or as required
kashmiri chilli powder - 1.5 tbspFor Tempering
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard - 1/2tsp
Curry leaves - few
Hing(Asafoetida) - pinch -
Method of Cooking:
To a bowl add kashmiri chilli powder - 1.5 tbsp
Add Salt - 1/4 tsp or as required
Add Lemon juice - 1.5 tsp
Add Water 3tbsp or as required
Mix well
Our Instant Chutney is ready
Let's give tempering...
For Tempering
Heat oil - 1tbsp
Add Mustard - 1/2tsp
Once the seeds splutter
Add curry leaves - few
Hing (Asafoetida) - a pinch
Saute well, Turns aromatic.
Pour tempering over chutney.
Mix well
Serve with Hot Idly,Dosa and Uthappam!!!
