Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp
Cornstarch - 2 tsp
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Coffee powder - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 400 ml -
Method of Cooking:
In a sauce pan
Add Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp
Cornstarch - 2 tsp
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Coffee powder - 1/2 tsp
Give a nice mix
Add Milk - 400 ml
Whisk and mix well.
(Make sure there are no lumps)
Bring it to a boil in medium flame
Stir continuously, cook 5 - 8 minutes or until the batter thicken
Perfect consistency
Turn off the flame
