Ripened Banana - 1 (Roughly sliced)
Cinnamon Powder - 1/4 tsp
Skimmed Cold milk - 1 cup (240ml)
Honey - 1 tbsp
Oats - 2 tbsp
Chia seeds - 1 tbsp -
Procedure:
In a Blender add Ripened Banana - 1(Roughly sliced)
Add Cinnamon Powder - 1/4 tsp
Blend 30 - 45 seconds
Now add Skimmed Cold milk - 1 cup (240ml)
Honey - 1 tbsp
Blend until it turns soft and smooth.
Make sure there is no lumps
Now add Oats - 2 tbsp
Chia seeds - 1 tbsp
Give a nice mix
Soak overnight in refrigerator.
