Ingredients:
Butter - 2 tbsp
Carrot - sliced 1 cup
Cabbage - sliced 1 cup
Capsicum - sliced 1 cup
Beans - sliced 1 cup
Onion(big) - 1 sliced
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
Tomato sauce(ketchup) - 1 tbsp
Freshly crushed pepper - (1-2) tsp
Noodles - 3 pack
Salt - as required -
Method of Cooking:
Boil the water.
While boiling, add 1/2 tbsp of salt .
Now add 3 packs of noodles. (Broke into 2 piece to cook evenly)
Cook for 3 minutes or as per instructions in the pack.
Don't overcook, noodles become soggy.
Drain the water completely, and add 1 tbsp of butter.
(To maintain moisture and to avoid sticking)
Mix it gently.
keep aside.
Heat a pot add 2 tbsp of butter.
Once the butter is melted, add 2 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.
Saute for 1 minute.
Now add sliced onions and little salt .
Saute until onions become translucent.
Now add chopped vegetables beans, carrot, cabbage and capsicum, saute well.
Now add 1 tbsp of chilli sauce, 1 tbsp of Tomato ketchup, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, and 1 tbsp of vinegar mix well.
Cook the vegetable to 80percent, to retain crunchiness.
Now add salt as required and 1 - 2 tsp freshly crushed pepper. Mix well.
Now add the cooked noodles. Mix it gently, so that noodles will not break.
Our yummy veg hakka noodles is ready!!!
